Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values firm on moderate demand and offerings. Choice and
Select rib, chuck, round, and loin cuts steady to firm. Beef trimmings sharply
higher on good demand and light offerings.
